We want you to love your purchase and feel beautiful wearing or using it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to accept the return for a refund, exchange or store credit of any full priced items within 7 days of receiving it.
Items should be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you. Please make sure tags are all in original condition and attached.
Swimwear - Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where its obvious that this hasn't been done.
Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first. We will not accept these returns and the items will be returned to Sender.
One Country Mouse may at times have items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help you with an alternative product.

Sending back your item is easy!
To return items to us you’ll need to initiate your return via your onecountrymouse account.
Make sure you are logged in using the email address you entered when placing your order.
- select your order number,
- select “request return" in your account, and then
- follow the steps to initiate your return.
Our customer service team will reply to you with a return address within 48 hrs.
- The item needs to be returned within 7 days of us making contact.
- The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel.
